Refund policy

Eurolux Australia excepts returns for refund or exchange on all new and unused products purchased from us, for up to 60 days. 

After 60 days, we may sometimes be able to offer you a discount on the purchase of a new product in exchange for the used item.

Before returning items please call or email us and we will give you more detailed instructions on how to return your product to us.

Initial postage costs won't be refunded.

Return products must be shipped with proof of purchase (if available) with NZ Post  Return postage is at the cost of the sender.  In some cases the postage cost will be refunded. 

Return delivery address will be advised 

Refunds will be made via Credit Card, Cheque, Paypal or Bank transfer.
